Yard Waste
Curbside yard waste and yard waste containers will be placed at the remote sites starting May 1st, 2023.
Yard waste is not allowed to be in your regular trash can or the recycling can.
You can place your yard waste in a brown biodegradable bag (not a plastic bag)
on the curb by 7:00am and the driver will take it for you.
If you have any branches or sticks, they need to be bundled and tied up for collection.
Bundles need to be under 25lbs and under four feet in length.
NO sod, rocks, dirt, logs, or pallets. If you can't mow it or grow it, then it can't go in the bag.
Any of these items can be brought down to the landfill.
We accept yard waste at the landfill all year round.
