Target will recycle these for free! There is a drop off container at the exit door. They will accept any brand. Best Buy will recycle all ink and toner for free, with a limit of three items per household per day. Recycle your old ink cartridge and receive $2 savings on your next ink purchase of $40 or more, or recycle your old toner cartridge and receive $2 savings on your next toner purchase of $100 or more. Office Depot will take all brands of empty cartridges at no charge! Bring your empty cartridge to the cash register. Make a $10 qualifying purchase during the same month and you will get $2 back in rewards per recycled cartridge. Rewards will be paid out monthly as a rewards certificate online.
