Blinds like to pierce through your trash cans during disposal.
If you can fold them up so it's not one long piece you can place them in your curbside. 

Otherwise, they need to be brought out to the landfill on your next trash run! If you bring in your city utility bill that shows you pay for city garbage, you can dump up to 1000lbs per month for free.
