In original packaging marked with either manufacture date or containing the words “no asbestos” or a written and signed statement from donor giving where and approximately when item was purchased new. Must be manufactured after 1980.

If the product can't be donated, then it must come out to the landfill. Construction materials are not picked up on curbside and must be brought out to the landfill. Check the rate page for current prices! If you bring in your city utility bill that shows you pay for city garbage, you can dump up to 1000lbs per month for free.
