​For small quantities, bulk it up with sawdust, kitty litter, dirt so it's not really a liquid form anymore. Then you can bring it out here to the landfill! 
The liquid must be completely absorbed.

For larger quantities, you can wait until the next Household Hazardous Waste event that we hold every other year for free disposal.
