Check to see if there are any hazardous waste symbols on the container.

If there are no hazardous symbols, you can bulk it up before disposal.
Depending on how much you have, you can dump the container into a full bag of trash OR dump it into some kitty litter or floor dry and wait for the liquid to absorb.

If there are hazardous waste symbols on the container, it must be disposed of at the Household Hazardous Waste event. Check out the event page to see when the next event is scheduled. 

If you do not want to wait until the next event, you can bulk it up either in your garbage or in kitty litter or floor dry.
We cannot accept liquids at our facility so the kitty litter must absorb the liquid before disposal.

We can not take more than five gallons of hazardous material at a time and it must come straight out to the landfill for disposal. 

Disposing of a hazardous chemical at home will lead to a fire in your garbage driver's truck.
It must be disposed of at the landfill.
