​Used fireworks should be soaked in a bucket of water for 24 hours!
​Just to make sure that there are no fire hazards.
​Once they've been soaked, place the fireworks inside of a bag that can go inside of your curbside container.

unused/misfired fireworks

If you have UNUSED or MISFIRED fireworks you must soak these for 24 hours in a bucket of water as well.
After soaking, place them in a resealable bag to help maintain moisture and then bring them directly out to the landfill for disposal.

Unused fireworks cannot go in your curbside can.
These are a huge fire hazard for your collection driver and our employees in the landfill.
