If you cannot empty the aerosol can, it must wait until the next Household Hazardous Waste Event. The contents inside of an aerosol can are usually highly flammable and can cause a fire in a garbage truck or at the landfill. You could contact Safety Kleen if you don't want to wait until the next HHW event, they dispose safely of hazardous and non-hazardous material. |
